Team Namibia arrived in London on Tuesday. The team is housed at the Double Tree by Hilton Hotel and with four days to go, the team is all focused on the awaiting job on Sunday.
Thomas Reinhold is 2017 double champion in the 5 000m and 10 000m
Thomas won the 5 000m in a time of 14:45.29 and the 10 000m in 31:01.50.
Sade the second athlete to qualify for the IAAF World u18 Championships
Sade Desousa became the 2017 champion in the 200m and silver medallist in the 100m. Her performances in the 100m (11.85) and 200m (24.30) both qualified her for the IAAF World u18 Championships which will take place from the 12 – 16 July 2017, in Nairobi, Kenya.
2017 Double Champion in 200m and 400m Ernst Narib
Ernst Narib took gold in the 200m and 400m at the 2017 National Track & Field Championship held on the 22 April 2017 at the Independence Stadium in Windhoek.
