Madeleine Kotze co-opted as the new Secretary General of Athletics Namibia

Madeleine Kotze is the new Secretary General (SG) of Athletics Namibia (AN). Her appointment follows the Congress of AN on the 25 November 2017, which relieved Mr Immanuel Hamutenya as the SG.  In addition Mr Louis Cloete from Omaheke region has also been co-opted to the Council of Athletics Namibia as the Chairperson of the Coaching Committee.  AN welcomes the two officials and wishes them all the best in their new portfolios.

Three Namibian National Records tubble at the CAA-SR Championships in Harare

Ryan Williams set a new Namibian national record in the Discus for men at CAA-SR Senior Championships that took place in Harare from the 09 -10 June 2017.
